Tengo un problema el cual estoy necesitando mucha de su ayuda

Tengo una Viewsat Lite, el cual no me presenta:

Señal 0
Quality 0

Primero se veia solo el sat 119 y algunos transponder no tenian señal por ejemplo el 12224 y me bajaban solo como 165 canales.

le puse el Viewsat repair Kit y despues no coje nada de señal ni calidad.

esperando de su ayuda

bueno yo no se de ftas..pero estas guias posiblemente te ayuden...
si no me dices pa postearte mas..están en ingles pero se entienden bien ya que traen graficos y fotos..

yo creo que tu problema es la frecuencia del lnb , primero que nada verificate en instalacion , antena setup , frecuencia del lnb este 11250 en ambas(110 y 119) verifica que la frecuencia del tp para 110 sea 12224 y para 119 sea 12239 y los switch comunmente se usan switch 21 dish 1 para 119 y switch 21 dish 2 para 110 , tambien verifica en el control de tu caja donde dice sat ,verifica que este marcado la opcion de todos los satelites(5) y que no este algun satelite individual marcado porque si esta marcado el 110 solo saldran canales de 110 y viceversa intentta verificando esas cosa basicas y me dejas saber , si encuentras tu problema entonces cargas el bin mas reciente (que se encuentra en el ara de archivos de dicho modelo) y el loader tambien lo puedes encontrar alli , y si continuas teniendo problemas ,postea en confianza para seguirte ayudando , saludos

Todas esasa cosas la he verificado una por una

lo que sucede es que la caja no me da calidad ni señal tengo otra caja lite conectada ea este mismo cable y trabajando perfectamente.

segun he leido algo interno se daña, porque deberia salir 13 voltios por le cable de que va al lnb manana probare con el voltimetro y ver los resultados....
